Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Honey Tote ! It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns for items that are unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible signs of wear.

All sale and clearance items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items purchased at a sale price and items purchased during online promotions.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.

Once notified we will send you a replacement and cover shipping & handling fees. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. 

All returns must have a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number may be refused. Please contact us at HONEYTOTETN@GMAIL.COM for a RMA number.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, we'll refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method or exchange your item(s).
